Position Overview

As aRemote Benefits Specialist, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand their available benefits while providing outstanding customer service and long-term support.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
