Job summary

Oscar is hiring an Associate Director, Virtual Care in Tempe, AZ to lead the strategy and execution of initiatives within the Virtual Care program. This role partners with operations, product, data and clinical teams and reports to the Director, Virtual Care.

The position is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week in Tempe; Thursday in-office is required for meetings and events. Base pay ranges from $162,453 to $213,220 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years project planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Set, drive and execute on the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance including determining new opportunities
• Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units
• Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation
• Continuously evaluate financial and operational performance metrics dashboards to drive performance improvement
• Comfortable translating program performance into materials for Senior Leadership report outs
• Development and growth of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional development
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
