Job summary

Oscar is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care in New York City to lead strategy and execution for the Virtual Care program. The role involves setting departmental strategy, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with operations, product, data, and clinical teams.

You will report to the Director, Virtual Care and work a hybrid schedule in NYC. The role requires 7+ years in healthcare strategy/ops, 4+ years managing ICs, and 3+ years of project planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years project planning experience

Responsibilities

• Set, drive and execute on the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance including determining new opportunities
• Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units
• Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation
• Continuously evaluate financial and operational performance metrics dashboards to drive performance improvement
• Translate program performance into materials for Senior Leadership report outs
• Development and growth of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional development
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
