Job summary

Oscar Health in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Director to join our Provider Integration and Experience team. This role drives strategy, program design and implementation to enhance provider experience.

You will report to the VP, Provider Integration & Experience, manage cross-functional initiatives, and lead key strategic programs. The position is hybrid (3 days in-office per week). Base pay ranges from $178,848 to $234,738 per year, plus benefits, equity grants and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider engagement, relations, and strategy efforts.
• Set and execute on strategy to increase program value.
• Analyze competitive landscape and partner across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement ideas.
• Manage program initiatives and report health metrics to senior leaders.
• Develop and grow direct reports and support their development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
