Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care to drive the strategy and execution of strategic projects within the Virtual Care program. You will lead the department strategy, ensure operational efficiency, and deploy tactics to improve performance across cross-functional teams in operations, product, data, and clinical groups.

You will report to the Director, Virtual Care. The role is based in Tempe with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days weekly.

About The Role

You will drive the strategy and implementation of strategic projects in support of Oscar's Virtual Care program. Primary responsibilities include setting the overall department strategy, ensuring operational efficiency and deploying tactics to improve overall program performance. The Associate Director should be comfortable working in a cross functional team with operations, product, data, and clinical teams.

You will report into the Director, Virtual Care.

Work Location

This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.

Pay Transparency

The base pay for this role is: $162,453 - $213,220 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years project planning experience

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
