Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an Application Analyst to enhance, support and maintain clinical and administrative applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement new functionality, test vendor releases and ensure data integrity.

The role includes documentation, end-user training and on-call support, with opportunities to participate in hospital committees and improve processes across the network.

Qualifications

• One to two years of General Computer experience is required.
• One to two years of Healthcare experience is preferred.
• One to two years of Revenue Cycle Application experience is preferred.
• One to two years PC/LAN Support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and development to assigned applications and implement new products.
• Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
• Test and verify software releases, upgrades and changes prior to production deployment.
• Create and update documentation, provide end-user training and on-call support.
