Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a healthcare IT professional to analyze and improve clinical and operational workflows, gathering requirements from clinicians, department leaders, and business users.

You will configure, support, and troubleshoot healthcare applications (Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS), serve as liaison between end users, IT, and vendors, and create reports and dashboards with SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Analyze and improve clinical and operational workflows.
• Gather requirements from clinicians, department leaders, and business users.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot healthcare applications (Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS).
• Serve as liaison between end users, IT, and software vendors.
• Investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts (SQL, Power BI, Excel).
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• Develop and deliver user training.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations.
• Document workflows, system configurations, and support procedures.
