Job summary

University Health is seeking a Sr. Clinical System Analyst to bridge clinical teams and Information Technology, ensuring technology supports safe, efficient patient care.

You will collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT to optimize workflows and translate needs into solutions, supporting EHR, PACS, and related clinical applications. You will participate in implementations, upgrades, and training, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting and optimizing clinical information systems in a healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to evaluate clinical systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure, support, and optimize clinical information systems, including EHR and PACS/imaging systems.
• Gather, document, and validate clinical requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, including testing and go‑live support.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
