AO Globe Life offers a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity focused on delivering supplemental benefits to clients across the United States. You will participate in mentorship, build client relationships, and guide clients through consultation and enrollment via Zoom.

No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in a performance-based role.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
