AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote role serving clients across the United States. You will guide individuals through supplemental benefit options, conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, and manage enrollment with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, organized, and have strong communication and people skills. Training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you grow within a mission-driven, remote-first team.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
