Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, commission-based role suitable for graduates in business, marketing or communications. You will handle inbound client inquiries, lead virtual consultations via Zoom, and guide clients through enrollment while building lasting relationships.

Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided; inbound leads and flexible scheduling support a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or consultative roles preferred, not required.
• Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain state Life & Health Insurance license where applicable.
• Own a computer/laptop, webcam, and reliable internet.
• Self-driven and organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
