Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service‑oriented team member to assist members through video banking and in‑branch interactions. You will process transactions accurately and look for ways to improve members’ financial lives by referring them to the right teammates.

You’ll use multi-factor authentication to keep member accounts secure while achieving service and sales goals with structured training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Spot opportunities to improve members' financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
• Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.
• Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.
