Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a Video Teller to connect with members in real time and make everyday banking easier and more engaging.

You'll process transactions with accuracy, spot opportunities to improve members' financial lives, and help keep accounts secure using multi-factor authentication. Training and coaching will help you hit service and sales goals while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
