Job summary

Summit Credit Union seeks a Video Teller to connect with members in real time, solving problems and making money management easier. You’ll assist with everyday tasks via video, creating a friendly, secure banking experience.

You’ll process transactions, seek opportunities to improve members’ financial lives, and meet service and sales goals with structured training. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
