Summit Credit Union is seeking a Video Teller who will connect with members via video to provide everyday banking support. You’ll process transactions accurately, spot opportunities to improve members’ finances, and refer them to teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus!

• Be the friendly face (via video) that members trust for everyday banking.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
