Summit Credit Union is seeking a Video Teller to greet members via live video, assist with everyday banking, and help solve problems in real time. You''ll process transactions accurately, spot opportunities to improve members'' financial lives, and refer them to teammates when appropriate.

The role includes training to meet service and sales goals while staying compliant with regulations. This position welcomes bilingual Spanish as a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic Microsoft Office and math skills; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.

• Be the friendly face (via video) that members trust for everyday banking.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
