Job summary

First Community Credit Union is hiring an ATM Plus Teller to assist members from our Corporate East Building via the Interactive Teller Machine (ATM+). You will engage members, educate them on First Community products and services, and perform complex transactions with sound decision-making and approvals.

You must communicate clearly on screen, multi-task across platforms, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable appearing on camera and able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to multi-task across platforms.
• Analytical and technical skills for electronic services.
• Process a variety of transactions via ATM+ including deposits, payments, transfers, check cashing and withdrawals.
• Ensure endorsements and identification are obtained.
• Monitor ATM+ to address operating issues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Strong customer service and team-oriented attitude.
