Job summary

Qualifications

• One year to three years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional, courteous on camera.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions via ITM including deposits, payments, transfers and withdrawals.
• Ensure proper endorsements and identification, following Credit Union policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide prompt, accurate service to members.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Promote Credit Union products and services to meet members' needs.
