Responsibilities

• Conduct teller transactions via video sessions following policies.
• Monitor deposits/withdrawals and endorse documents.
• Advise on GECU products and refer to branch staff as needed.
• Guide members through self-service account maintenance online.
• Balance daily transactions.
• Support Virtual Branch Services as needed.
