Job summary

First Citizens National Bank of Upper Sandusky is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to operate Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and support customers across channels. You will handle deposits, payments, inquiries and account maintenance with accuracy, while ensuring security and compliance.

Excellent communication and problem solving are essential, as is comfort with being on camera and using multiple software tools.

Qualifications

• High school, GED or equivalent.
• 2-4 years Customer Service Representative experience in banking or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and/or willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient in a team-based environment.
• Self-starter who is highly organized and motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes a variety of financial transactions via ITM including deposits, payments, check cashing and withdrawals with proper endorsements and ID.
• Multi-tasks across software programs while communicating with customers.
• Maintains professional, courteous service and due diligence for transaction validity.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of bank products and services; promote relevant products.
• Refer customers to suitable departments for loans, financial services and treasury management.
• Balance end-of-day procedures in line with policy and ensure security/compliance.
