Job summary

GEICO seeks a Manager, Virtual Agent Events to lead the planning, execution and refinement of IA virtual events. You will coordinate topics, dates and speakers, ensure readiness, and drive engagement across GEICO's independent agent network.

You will partner with product, sales and communications teams to define objectives, success measures and collateral. Strong webinar facilitation and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a marketing, communications or sales strategist.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience presenting and facilitating webinars and recording visual media.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Zoom for virtual events.

Responsibilities

Owns all aspects of virtual event planning, implementation and refinement.
Collaborates with product, sales and communications leadership on topics and success metrics.
Identifies and supports subject matter experts for virtual events.
Develops new ways to drive registration, attendance and engagement.
Hosts webinars weekly and manages post-event reporting.
Uses agent feedback to improve product guides and collateral.
