Job summary

GEICO seeks a Sr. Strategist, Engagement Incentives to join our Independent Agent Sales team.

You will lead strategic planning, develop, and manage content, programs and experiences to boost early product adoption, trust, and engagement across GEICO's independent agent network. You will collaborate with product, sales and platform leadership to define objectives, design campaigns, deploy micro-incentive programs, measure impact, and iterate for better performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Executive communication skills (writing, influencing, persuading, presenting).
• Proven track record of translating sales strategy into results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, sales and platform leadership to define objectives and success measures, then design engagement campaigns, partnership programs and unique experiences that deliver against business priorities.
• Plan, build, deploy, measure and iterate on micro-incentive campaigns to drive agent engagement, production, trust and brand preference across all three sales deployments.
• Plan and deploy agent challenges for BDs/AOMs to influence agent behavior.
• Plan and deploy GEICO IA surprise and delight campaigns and support efforts.
• Design and manage daily engagement content and perks for agents.
• Test ways to drive higher registration, attendance and engagement in virtual events.
• Serve as SME and presenter for live and on-demand events.
• Regularly monitor and elevate opportunities to improve program experience.
