GEICO is seeking a Sr. Strategist, Account Development to join the Independent Agent Sales team.

You will lead strategic planning, campaign design, content development, and virtual experiences to boost agent engagement and drive profitable growth across GEICO’s independent agent network. Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a marketing, communications or sales strategist.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
Executive communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders from corporate HQ to regional offices.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Commercial Lines product, sales and platform leadership to identify opportunities to boost production and profitability.
Plan, build, deploy, measure and iterate on campaigns that drive product awareness and growth for all agency deployments.
Own account development (growth/profitability) for 60% of agents without a dedicated Commercial Lines sales rep.
Design and manage processes and off-the-shelf programming that leverage broad reach campaign learnings.
Support Sales Enablement as product/sales SMEs; own, update and manage agent-facing tools and content.
