Job summary

GEICO is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Independent Agent sales channel. You will own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution to deepen agency partnerships and drive IA success. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2–3 days weekly in Dallas, with the potential for other U.S. sites.

Lead cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and design, transforming market insights into scalable, high-impact features while maintaining GEICO's Easy, Reliable, and Flexible values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agile product management.
• Experience managing all aspects of a tech feature lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and agent interviews to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize features based on feedback, business impact, and feasibility, making trade-offs when needed.
• Drive product development with clear requirements, backlog management, and timely releases.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate features to improve outcomes.
• Identify options and recommendations, navigating trade-offs with partners to remove impediments.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable product solutions for agency needs.
