Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Senior Product Growth Lead (Referrals & Viral Loops) to engineer viral growth. You will take over our referral program, lead engineers and designers, and work closely with the CEO. You will ship daily, test aggressively, and iterate with AI tools.

Over time, expand to other surfaces driving growth; be founder-builder with autonomy. This role offers remote work from anywhere in the US, with opportunities toward CPO/CGO, reporting to the Head of Consumer Product and collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product growth at high-growth D2C companies.
• Proven ownership of referrals and viral loops.
• Analytically driven with a metrics obsession.
• Proactive experimentation and idea prioritization.
• Treat distribution as a product problem and move fast.
• Comfort collaborating with design to wireframe and iterate.
• Technical enough to translate ideas into pixels and code involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and rapidly improve the referral program through experiments.
• Create pull and push virality across product surfaces.
• Activate UGC, referrals, gifting and social sharing to drive growth.
• Treat freemium experiences as marketing engines to onboard users.
• Own analytics stack selection and data-driven decision making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with design, engineering, and leadership.
