Job summary

Melotech is seeking an Organic Growth Lead to own and scale the creator-driven growth engine across short-form video platforms. You will identify creators, design repeatable playbooks, and run frequent experiments to maximize reach per euro.

You’ll collaborate with founders, the Growth Manager, product and data teams to balance organic and paid strategies, and move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with organic growth, creator marketing, and social channels.
• Able to build repeatable playbooks from viral content and campaigns.
• Fast in spreadsheets, data-driven with a bias for experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify creators and communities to drive organic growth.
• Build and test playbooks across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Run low-budget experiments weekly with clear kill rules and learnings.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager to scale organic wins with paid.
