Job summary

Hire Digital is seeking a hands-on Consumer Acquisition & Product Launch Lead (AI Product) to bring a new AI-powered consumer product to market in the US and drive growth among everyday American consumers. You’ll own top-of-funnel strategy and execution across paid, organic, influencer, community, referral, and launch channels.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and product team to build a new revenue engine, shape the go-to-market strategy, and accelerate product adoption in the US

Qualifications

• Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C, consumer app, marketplace, subscription, or self-serve product.
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition and organic growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience optimizing CAC, conversion funnels, and user growth metrics.
• Experience supporting product launches and bringing new products to market.
• Comfortable working independently in lean teams with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• 0→1 Product Launch Ownership: build and execute US go-to-market strategy for a new AI consumer product.
• Own Customer Acquisition Strategy: develop an acquisition roadmap for US consumer growth across channels.
• Scale Paid & Organic Growth Channels: run campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Improve Conversion & Funnel Performance: test creatives, landing pages, offers, and onboarding flows.
• Drive Efficient Growth Economics: manage CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets; optimize growth efficiency.
• Reporting & Growth Insights: build dashboards and analyze funnel drop-off and user behavior.
