The role requires evaluating comps, managing reservations, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations to anticipate guest needs and maximize venue performance. Strong communication and weekend/holiday availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience (customer service or related)
• Knowledge of nightclub and entertainment functions preferred
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED obtained

Responsibilities

• Market company-related entertainment and nightclub events to potential guests
• Evaluate when to approve table comps by club performance
• Monitor table, ticket and guest list reservations with complete guest info
• Maintain knowledge of operating hours, menus, pricing, and venue availability
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to anticipate guest needs
• Set bi-weekly sales goals based on occupancy, events and other factors
• Work with venue hosts and management to implement sales strategies
• Represent venues positively on and off property
• Communicate workload and strategy to supervisor through recaps
• Attend meetings and shifts and contribute to new sales strategies
