Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality or casino host experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ activity to provide incentives and approve comps as appropriate.
• Meet and interact with guests to maintain and grow the customer base.
• Greet guests from assigned regions at check-in/check-out and provide personalized service.
• Process reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA and PATRON systems.
• Ensure guest privacy and comply with company policies.
