Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage ticketing operations for live events in the New York area. You will support ticket intake, transfers, seating charts, and inventory updates, ensuring accurate fulfillment for VIP programs and client events.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, delivering professional guest communications and maintaining compliant, confidential handling of sensitive information. On-site and post-event duties are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in ticketing operations or related field.
• Strong administrative accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced live-event setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic ticketing platforms.
• Professional written and verbal communication with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support ticket request intake, tracking, documentation, and routine reporting for ticket operations.
• Assist with digital ticket transfers, manifests, seating charts, credential lists, and inventory updates.
• Fulfill ticket needs for sports, VIP programs, employee, client, and partner events with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain organized tracking documents, event files, and distribution lists.
• Provide on-site and post-event support, including check-in, issue escalation, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, venues, leagues, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.
