Job summary

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to support ticket operations for marquee-promoted shows at third-party venues in New York. This detail-oriented role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills to work under pressure and deliver accurate results.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with executives, partners, and clients, manage ticket inventory across platforms, and support event setup and reporting tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in ticketing, box office, or events.
• Experience with Ticketmaster systems preferred.
• Strong organization and deadline-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ticketing operations for events.
• Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and inventory updates.
• Analyze ticket inventory across multiple platforms.
• Manage internal ticket order requests.
• Assist with daily financial reconciliation.
• Serve as liaison between ticketing teams, promoters, and partners.
• Coordinate event setups with venues and partners.
• Perform QA reviews of events for pricing and seating.
• Maintain ticketing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ticketing policies and standards.
• Provide onsite event support as needed.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
