Job summary

GoMining is seeking a VIP Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium clients. You will resolve requests quickly, build trust, and ensure a truly premium experience while spotting upsell opportunities for GoMining products.

You’ll be the go-to person for VIP accounts, coordinating with marketing, product and development teams to pass on feedback and improve the VIP experience. Remote work and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer support, client service or account management.
Excellent communication, diplomacy and client-oriented mindset.
English at B2+ level (written and spoken).
Understanding of crypto, DeFi, NFT and mining or willingness to learn quickly.
Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients.
Basic sales and negotiation skills and comfort with offering products to clients.

Responsibilities

Provide premium support to VIP clients via chat, messages, email and calls.
Act as a personal manager for client portfolios, building trust and staying in regular contact.
Track client requests through to resolution and maintain high satisfaction.
Keep CRM up to date by logging interactions, requests and deals.
Analyze client behavior and suggest ways to increase engagement and lifetime value.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and offer relevant GoMining products.
