Qualifications
- Proven track record in VIP or high-net-worth user segments.
- 5+ years in internet/fintech/technology sectors.
- Ability to lead initiatives with structured methodology and solid execution.
Responsibilities
- Own VIP user lifecycle strategy from acquisition to long-term value growth.
- Develop VIP segmentation framework based on asset size, trading behavior and activity.
- Improve VIP retention with membership benefits, campaigns, loyalty programs and personalized services.
- Lead referral and advocacy programs for VIP users to drive organic growth.
- Design and run A/B tests and lifecycle-based campaigns to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Compliance and Risk to execute VIP initiatives.
