Job summary

GoMining seeks a hands-on Head of Product to own Mining’s economics, strategy, and growth. You’ll define the product roadmap, lead a small engineering team, and partner with legal, finance and compliance.

You’ll report to the founder and drive metrics like revenue, LTV, and active users through data-driven decisions. You’ll shape pricing, bundles and token mechanics, work with marketing on GTM for Mining launches, and collaborate across Card, Simple Earn, VIP, and Miner Wars ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, including 2–3 years owning a product or business line end to end.
• Experience as a CPO, Head of Product, GM or founding product lead in a startup or scale-up.
• Track record of growing business metrics (revenue, LTV, user base) with real numbers.
• Strong grasp of unit economics, monetisation models and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own Mining's economics and strategy; model and drive revenue, LTV and user growth.
• Own the Mining roadmap and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Define requirements with the tech lead and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
