Job summary

WorldWinner is expanding its VIP team and seeks a dedicated VIP Account Manager to deliver a premium experience to our top players. You will manage a portfolio, build relationships, and design personalized promotions in collaboration with CRM to encourage ongoing engagement.

You will balance exceptional service with commercial judgment, leveraging player data to tailor offers and maintain loyalty. Remote work supports flexible hours and occasional events.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of VIP/account management experience in iGaming, sports betting, skill gaming or related industry.
• Experience building relationships with high-value customers and delivering proactive, personalized service.
• Ability to analyze player data, identify trends and translate findings into retention actions.
• Strong commercial judgment including experience managing offers or promotional budgets and evaluating results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence handling sensitive conversations.
• Strong organization and portfolio management with the ability to prioritize competing needs.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce/Optimove/Braze) and strong Excel skills.
• Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend player needs and VIP events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players with regular, personalized communication across phone, email and approved channels.
• Own the player experience and coordinate with Customer Service, Payments and other teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate player profiles and notes to tailor conversations and offers.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify changes in engagement and retention.
• Reconnect with inactive VIP players and coordinate outreach and offers.
• Grow the VIP program by identifying high-value players and introducing them to benefits.
• Create personalized campaigns with CRM, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver measurable results.
• Oversee promotional investment within budgets and policies to maximize retention.
• Report on portfolio trends, outreach results and recommendations for improvements.
• Host VIP experiences and ensure attentive service from invitation to follow-up.
• Represent player insights to internal teams and advocate for improvements in games and service.
