Fanatics Betting & Gaming is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive initiatives that acquire, grow loyalty, and retain our top customers. The role blends strategy design with hands-on execution, using AI and software tools to shape experiences that keep VIPs choosing Fanatics.

You will collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ship VIP initiatives in a regulated environment, using SQL or Python and communicating effectively with senior leaders.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy and operations with a technical/engineering background.
• AI-native with a track record of shipping with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python and strong data fluency.
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute strategy for acquiring and growing loyalty of top customers.
• Manage multiple projects spanning analysis, strategy, partnerships, and delivery.
• Own outcomes end to end from design to measurable results.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to implement VIP initiatives.
• Leverage AI and data to build models, analyses, and workflows for the VIP team.
