Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor VIP services staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Make reservations for rooms and restaurants as requested.
• Create and maintain guest personal profiles.
• Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions.
• Schedule labor and assign work for efficient operations.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions.
