Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a hardworking Public Area Supervisor to manage and maintain all public areas of the property. You will supervise a team, ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards, and coordinate with the Internal Maintenance Manager as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of supervisory experience. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, and strong communication with staff and guests is essential to

Responsibilities

Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all public and internal spaces.
Ensure the cleanliness of all public areas and that all work is done properly, safely, and in accordance with the established quality standards.
Perform daily area and equipment inspections and submit inspection forms to improve quality control.
Apprise Maintenance Manager of repairs and coordinate pickup/delivery of equipment.
Complete daily work schedules and log daily special projects that improve property appearance and safety.
Maintain shift coverage by scheduling employees for shifts.
Supervise and train staff on standards and procedures.
Communicate effectively with staff and guests; build relationships.
