Spitzer Autoworld in DuBois, PA seeks a VIP Manager to leverage the service department for higher customer satisfaction and increased car sales opportunities. You’ll lead a team, plan strategically, and coordinate with service and sales to integrate sales initiatives into the service experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, proactive customer engagement, and close collaboration across departments to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years automotive sales management experience.
• Track record of successful sales leadership and team performance.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; MVR/background checks required.
• Willingness to train staff and drive process improvements.
• Experience using dealership CRM and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote vehicle sales in the service lane.
• Lead service advisors and sales staff with strong coaching on closing.
• Collaborate with service and sales managers to align goals and actions.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and allocate staff resources.
• Oversee daily service-lane operations and guest interactions.
• Engage customers with personalized recommendations on new models and trade-ins.
• Coordinate promotions with finance and sales to support sales initiatives.
• Deliver regular training sessions and maintain high service standards.
