You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and performance reviews while ensuring high quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing a marketing plan to drive service business, maintaining service records, monitoring safety compliance, and collaborating with factory representatives to optimize parts

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping for the department.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of all service staff.
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the department.
• Maintain reporting systems required by management and the factory.
• Monitor and improve departmental performance using reports and surveys.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote service business.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations.
