Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Runs an efficient and profitable service department with staffing, customer retention, cost controls, and service records.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and budgets.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Maintains reporting systems required by management and the factory.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations.
