Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Boston's Foundation Room seeks a courteous part-time attendant to recognize and assist foundation members, VIPs, and guests, ensuring a premium experience and safety throughout the shift. You will respond to reservation timing, communicate with team, and maintain lounge ambiance.

The role requires fluent English, a flexible schedule with late hours, and prior guest service or security experience, preferably in live music settings.

Qualifications

• State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Prefer bilingual capability
• Experience working in live music venues is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assist Members about their experience in the Foundation Room and House of Blues
• Monitor lounge area to maintain ambiance and safety
• Coordinate with Manager, Chef, Bartender, and Server regarding member arrivals
• Assist with reservations timing and seating procedures
• Enforce venue policies on photos, videos, and recording devices
• Lead emergency evacuation procedures and maintain security throughout shift

Skills
