Live Nation Entertainment at MGM Music Hall Fenway is seeking an Event Staff member to help guests have an enjoyable experience. You will provide information, assist with merchandise, and guide lines and crowd flow while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2+ years in guest service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work late hours and weekends. Training covers venue policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Guest Service or communications.

• Able to stay calm and professional in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Direct restroom and concessions lines and assist with merchandise questions.
• Greet guests and support VIP programming under supervision.
• Report maintenance, safety, and crowding issues to supervisors.
• Help maintain PPE and sanitization inventories and assist with staff coordination.
