Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct restroom and concessions lines to shorten guest waiting times.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and support staffing during peak times.
• Greet guests and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain PPE and sanitization inventory.
• Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the respective department manager in a timely manner.
