Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, based in Beverly Hills, is seeking a high-energy VIP Program lead to guide the client service team in delivering premium artist and client experiences. You will drive budgets, manage logistics, and collaborate with agents, managers, and touring staff to execute VIP packages on a global scale.

The role requires 5–10 years in touring/event management, strong budgeting and leadership abilities, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of touring, event and/or artist management experience.
• Experience managing Live Event Operations; experience in VIP package fulfillment and operations a plus.
• Excellent budgeting and project management skills.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills as well as overseeing large-scale budgets.
• Experience pitching, discussing and executing sales proposals.
• Superior communication skills and experience with crisis management.
• Proficiency in merchandising and production planning.
• Must have valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Build VIP Program budgets, package descriptions, pricing, pitch decks for agents and managers.
• Liaise with agents and managers for all details of the VIP program.
• Oversees VIP program, set up and tour logistics from inception to execution: Works with TM/VIPN/Venue Platforms, oversees ticket releases.
• Coordinate with merchandise creation and design ideas.
• Hires touring staff, submits payroll for each tour.
• Coordinate with touring/artist/management for advertising and promotions of VIP packages, including socials and newsletters.
• Oversee fan communication.
• Develop VIP Nation policies for in-office systems and event execution.
• Submit décor and merchandise deck ideas for approval.
• Oversees daily rep expenses for budgeting.
• Evaluate customer service solutions and practices.
• Able to manage multiple clients in fast-paced environment.
• Review invoices for payment and settlements with finance.
