Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, seeks a driven professional to guide VIP program operations. The role centers on budgeting, logistics, and coordinating with agents, managers, and touring teams to deliver premier VIP experiences.

You will manage multiple clients, oversee payroll, and drive promotional activities while ensuring high standards of communication and crisis handling across fast-paced events.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of touring, event and/or artist management experience.
• Experience managing Live Event Operations; VIP package fulfillment and operations a plus.
• Excellent budgeting and project management skills.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills; overseeing large-scale budgets.
• Experience pitching, discussing and executing sales proposals.
• Superior communication skills and experience with crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Build VIP Program budgets, package descriptions, pricing, pitch decks for agents and managers.
• Liaise with agents and managers for all details of the VIP program.
• Oversee VIP program setup and tour logistics from inception to execution; coordinate with ticketing, merchandise creation, and design ideas.
• Hire touring staff and submit payroll for each tour.
• Coordinate with touring and artist/management teams for advertising and promotion of VIP packages, including socials and email newsletters.
• Oversee fan communication and policy creation for in-office systems and event execution.
