Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host to sell upgrades and deliver premium experiences at our venues. You will check in, escort, and assist VIP clients, handling pitch to payment and fulfillment with professionalism.

The role requires high-end guest-relations experience, diplomacy, and a flexible schedule, with opportunities to work specials events and build lasting client relationships using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightlife.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats and experiences to concert patrons.
• Handle the sale from pitch to payment and fulfillment.
• Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele to ensure a VIP experience.
• Coordinate operations with Ops, servers and security to deliver premium experiences.
• Maintain professional grooming and articulate communication.
• Adapt vocabulary to engage current audience.
