• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent reporting and analysis ability.
• Experience with customer and venue databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP program logistics.
• Oversee VIP Rep processes and travel.
• Handle on-site merch and production logistics.
• Coordinate with tour and artist management for run of show.
• Process purchase orders and PO listings.
• Support venue expense reviews and invoicing.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and assets.
• Archive paperwork and track tour expenses.
