Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host to sell upgrades and manage premium guest experiences at venues. You will check in guests, escort VIPs, and ensure a seamless, personalized visit from entry to departure.

You will build relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients, coordinating with Ops and security to deliver top-tier experiences while maintaining professional grooming and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must have problem solving skills.
• Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
• Diplomacy, multi-tasking, verbal skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell VIP upgrades and experiences to concert patrons.
• Handle sales from pitch to payment processing and fulfillment.
• Check in, escort, and assist VIP clients to ensure a premium experience.
• Coordinate operations with venue staff to deliver VIP experiences.
