Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sr Director, Operations for VIP Nation to design and implement scalable operating systems, standards, and structure. You will own the end-to-end operations, including supply chain, fulfillment, and vendor management, partnering with the SVP to ensure efficient, high-quality fan and artist experiences across venues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent senior operating experience a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership, including head of operations or senior second-in-command.
• Deep supply chain and logistics expertise with vendor management.
• Experience selecting and implementing business systems (ERP, order management, inventory, CRM).
• Strong financial acumen including P&L exposure, budgeting, and margins.
• Exceptional partnership skills and ability to drive change with leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day operating cadence for VIP Nation, with KPIs on efficiency, fulfillment accuracy, cost, and fan satisfaction.
• Lead program operations, fulfillment, logistics, vendor management, and business systems in coordination with the SVP.
• Develop and implement systems, standards, and org structure to scale operations.
• Oversee supply chain and logistics strategy: sourcing, production, inventory, freight, warehousing, and delivery to venues.
• Establish service-level standards and quality controls across VIP programs.
• Document SOPs, templates, and process maps for audits and growth.
